Why Phenomenology?

Why is phenomenological approach fundamental? General understanding (understanding of universalities) is inevitably phenomenological. No phenomena disallowing phenomenology cannot be modeled succinctly. Thus, trying to be phenomenological must be an effective way to blaze new trails, although this sounds anachronistic in the era of the ℏ physics. An introductory and propaganda talk will be given on phenomenology in physics.
